Microchip's MCP6481/2/4/6/7/9 are 4 MHz and 10 MHz low-input bias current op amps

Image of Microchip's MCP6481x Family Op AmpsMicrochip’s MCP6481, MCP6482, MCP6484, MCP6486, MCP6487, and MCP6489 operational amplifiers (op amps) have low input bias current and rail-to-rail input and output operation. This family is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 4 MHz (typical) with a single-supply voltage as low as 2.0 V for MCP6481, MCP6482, and MCP6484 and 10 MHz (typical) with a single-supply voltage as low as 1.8 V for MCP6486, MCP6487, and MCP6489. These features make the op amps well suited for various applications, including photodiode amplifiers, pH electrode amplifiers, low leakage amplifiers, battery-powered signal conditioning, and others. All devices are designed using an advanced CMOS process and fully specified in an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
