AVR16EB32 Microcontroller

Microchip's AVR16EB32 belongs to the AVR® EB family and features an AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier. It operates at speeds of up to 20 MHz and comes with 16 KB of Flash memory, which includes a dedicated read-while-write (RWW) section. Additionally, it has 2 KB of SRAM and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The family incorporates the latest Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs), which include low-power features like the event system, intelligent analog, and advanced peripherals.

The 12-bit ADC provides true differential measuring capabilities and supports optional hardware accumulation of up to 1024 samples, effectively achieving up to 17-bit resolution. With sampling rates up to 300 ksps, analog data can be acquired rapidly. The programmable gain amplifier (PGA) for the ADC allows efficient measurement of both single-ended and differential analog inputs, even for small amplitude signals. Furthermore, the AVR16EB32 introduces a 24-bit timer/counter F (TCF) for high-resolution frequency generation and a timer/counter E (TCE) with waveform extension (WEX), suitable for up to 4-channel PWM power control applications.
