MAX17271 Power ICs

Especially with today’s ultra-small, battery-powered products, Analog Devices' power conversion and control ICs are integral in providing energy efficiency and helping to extend battery life. Switching regulators that, for instance, do not generate too much heat, consume too much current, or require too much board space can enable more robust operation and longer battery life in the end product.

For example, the MAX17271 SIMO buck-boost converter offers a small solution size, low bill of materials (BOM), and long battery life. With its low 2.4 µA of quiescent current and up to 90% peak efficiency, this family of ICs is ideal for wearables and other small, battery-powered devices. It regulates 3x outputs with a single 2.2 µH inductor and has a small 10 µF output capacitor for each output.
