TPSMF4L series transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes from Littelfuse are designed specifically to protect sensitive automotive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer 400 W of peak pulse power dissipation in a compact, surface mount, flat-lead SOD-123FL plastic package with a height profile of just 0.98 mm. They are best suited for DC power protection and ESD protection in automotive electronics like electronic control units, sensors, entertainment systems, and body control modules (BCMs), and for portable devices that require high reliability such as hard drives, notebooks, V_CC busses, POS terminals, SSDs, power supplies, monitors, and other consumer applications.
