Image of Littelfuse's High-Temperate 150°C TRIAC Switching Thyristors - QJxxxxHxx SeriesLittelfuse's high-temperature TRIACs with a maximum junction temperature (TJ) rating of 150°C, offered in 600 V or 800 V in voltage rating (VDRM), cover current ratings (IT(RMS)) of 6 A, 8 A, 12 A, 16 A, 25 A, 30 A, and 40 A popular in AC power control applications, such as heater control, motor speed control, lighting control, and static switching relays. TRIAC with VDRM of 800 V is suitable for AC line voltage up to 250 VRMS, while 600 V TRIAC is designed for 100 VRMS/120 VRMS applications. TRIAC is used as a semiconductor switch to control the AC flow, triggered by external input, such as a signal from MCU or manual switch.
