Image of Littelfuse's SP00R6 Series Low-Voltage, Low-Capacitance ESD Protection Littelfuse SP00R6 diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8 kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. These diodes feature extremely low breakdown and turn-on voltages, making them ideal protectors of low-voltage -0.3 V to +0.3 V data lines such as USB and Thunderbolt™ applications.
