Thermoelectric coolers are solid-state devices using the Peltier effect to pump heat away from temperature-sensitive electronic devices. With no moving parts, these coolers can cool electronics well below ambient temperatures and significantly reduce maintenance requirements and operation costs compared to other cooling technologies. Thermoelectric coolers offer high reliability with no operational noise and perform well in high-vibration applications. The enhanced thermoelectric materials are combined with a proprietary construction preventing performance degradation in high temperature environments - a common problem with standard grade thermoelectric coolers.
