KOA Speer offers a 0603 package size with a power rating of 0.1 W and 0.125 W and an operating temperature of -55°C to +155°C. The RK73H1J-RT resistors have a special high sulfuration-proof inner top electrode material making them ideal for outdoor environment applications such as mining, agricultural, winery, and oil/gas.
