KOA's RK73H1E-RT precision resistors use a special high sulfuration-proof inner top electrode material making them ideal for outdoor environment applications
KOA Speer Electronics’ RK73H1E-RT is a precision grade anti-sulfuration chip resistor in +0.5% and +1% resistance tolerances. Resistance values range from 10 Ω to 10 MΩ with a TCR of ±100 ppm/°C and ±200 ppm/°C. KOA Speer offers the 0402 package size with a power rating of 0.1 Watt and an operating temperature of -55°C to +155°C. The RK73H1E-RT uses a special high sulfuration-proof inner top electrode material making it ideal for outdoor environment applications such as mining, agricultural, winery, oil, and gas. It is also for use in automotive electronics and factory automation. The RK73H1E-RT is AEC-Q200 qualified.
