Double-data-rate architecture: two data transferring/clock cycle
Differential clock inputs: CK_t and CK_c
Bidirectional differential data strobe: DQS_t and DQS_c
Commands entered on the rising and falling CK_t edge; data and data mask referenced to the edges of DQS_t
DMI pin support for write data masking and DBIdc functionality
Commercial operating temperature range: 0°C to +70°C
Industrial operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C
