SMD/SMT Series Reflow Solderable Vibration Motors

Vybronics' SMD/SMT reflow series vibration motors are an excellent choice for fully automated, high-speed mass production utilizing pick and place machines. Please observe the reflow oven temperature profile in the data sheet to ensure proper solder reflow and to avoid motor damage due to excessive heat.

If hand soldering the motor to the PCB (i.e., making prototypes), do not use flux as this can enter the motor and cause it to fail.

This series of SMD vibration motors are not completely sealed so they cannot be washed after the reflow process.

At only 3 mm, the VZ30C1T8460001 has the lowest profile of any SMD vibration motor currently on the market. It generates a minimum G-force of 0.55 G at 2.7 V_DC.

The VZ43FC1B5640005L has the largest PCB footprint in this motor series and generates a G-force of 0.91 G peak at 3 V_DC.
