Zynq® UltraScale+™ RFSoC SOM

iWave’s Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC system on module (SOM) offers a multi-element processing system that can acquire, process, and act on RF signals

Image of iWave's Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC SoMiWave's RFSoC SOM has a high RF channel count with 16 channel RF-DACs at 10 GSPS and 16 channel RF-ADCs at 2.5 GSPS.

The SOM features the ZU49DR and is compatible with the ZU39 and ZU29. It offers a multi-element processing system, including an FPGA, Arm® Cortex®-A53 processor, a real-time dual-core Arm Cortex-R5, and high-speed ADC and DAC channels, enabling it to acquire, process, and act on RF signals.
