iWave's Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA system-on-module (SOM) with integrated Arm processor in a compact envelope is a cost-effective solution for high-performance, high-throughput, balanced power profile applications. The SOM supports the Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA and Arm Cortex-A7 processor. It features FPGA with programmable logic cells up to 1,842K and a power-efficient 32-bit dual Arm Cortex-A7 core processor running up to 1.2 GHz.
