Infineon Technologies' XENSIV TLE5014SP magnetic digital angle sensor was developed according to ISO26262 with process complying to ASIL D and is plug-and-play capable. The TLE5014SP family offers a higher transfer rate from the µC from up to 8 MHz to PCBs. These sensors offer a small angle error of less than 1° over complete temperature and lifetime and are the perfect fit for precise position detection, as in steering angle sensing or motor commutation. Additionally, the TLE5014SP16 E0002 offers internal safety mechanisms with SPFM greater than 97%.

- EEPROM for storage of configuration (e.g. zero angle) and customer-specific ID
- 15-bit representation of absolute angle value on the output
- Programmable 112-bit customer ID
- Maximum 1° angle error over lifetime and temperature range
- 32-point look-up table to correct for systematic angle errors (e.g. magnetic circuit)
- Automotive qualified according to AEC-Q100, Grade 1: -40°C to +125°C (ambient temperature)
- ESD: 4 kV (HBM) on VDD and 2 kV (HBM) on output pins
- RoHS compliant and halogen-free package
