CY15FRAMKIT-002 F-RAM Development Kit

Infineon Technologies' CY15FRAMKIT-002 F-RAM development kit is easily used to evaluate the features of the serial EXCELON™ F-RAMs (SPI and QSPI). The development kit is an add-on board with a 4 Mbit EXCELON Ultra QSPI F-RAM on it. It has Arduino UNO-compatible connectors that connect to either an ST NUCLEO-L433RC-P MCU evaluation board or an Arduino UNO R3 compatible board for the SPI evaluation. It also provides 19 x 2 Morpho headers (J9 and J10) that are compatible with an ST NUCLEO-L433RC-P MCU evaluation board for the QSPI evaluation. The CY15FRAMKIT-002 operates using a 1.8 V / 3.3 V power supply. The 3.3 V supply comes from the baseboard while an onboard regulator generates the 1.8 V supply.
