Industrial DashCam 1000

The IMAGO Technologies Industrial DashCam 1000 camera system facilitates smart diagnostics through high-speed video monitoring

Image of IMAGO Technologies Industrial DashCam 1000The IMAGO Technologies Industrial DashCam 1000 is a powerful, high-speed camera system engineered for real-time machine monitoring, predictive maintenance, and remote diagnostics in industrial environments. Designed as a plug-and-play solution for engineers and service technicians, this intelligent, standalone device captures high-resolution video at frame rates of up to 1,000 frames per second (fps), making it ideal for analyzing fast and complex machine behavior.

Much like a dashcam in a car, the Industrial DashCam 1000 continuously records machine operations and preserves critical moments, automatically triggered by defined events or anomalies. With the camera, customers not only know that a fault has occurred, but they can also analyze why it happened.

Compact yet robust, the Industrial DashCam 1000 seamlessly integrates into existing systems, providing continuous or event-triggered video capture. Unlike conventional monitoring systems, this industrial camera features a ring buffer. It supports advanced trigger modes, enabling recording only during relevant events and significantly reducing data load while capturing critical moments in full detail. With its onboard SD card storage and easy video export via Gigabit Ethernet, recorded footage can be reviewed offline in standard MPEG-4 format using H.264 compression, ensuring compatibility and ease of use.

The Industrial DashCam 1000 simplifies configuration with a web-based graphical user interface (GUI) and does not require special software for setup or playback. Users can adjust parameters via any standard browser and retrieve recordings quickly using a file explorer. With its full HD capabilities at over 400 fps and up to 1,133 fps at lower resolutions, this industrial camera makes slow-motion error analysis accessible without overwhelming users’ storage systems.
