Image of Hirose EM12M Series ConnectorThe EM12M series power connector is a welcome addition to the Hirose Electric family of power connectors. A single-position connector, the EM12M features easy snap-in locking with an auditory click and can handle up to 90 A. This series is designed with multiple contact points that generate high reliability, high current carrying capacity, and low resistance. It also features finger protection to prevent accidental electric shock to operators. 

Cables are attached using industry-standard ring terminals and crimp tools, which simplifies assembly. In addition, mating keys and colored housings are provided to prevent mis-mating. Operating temperature is -25°C to +105°C with a rated voltage of 600 VAC/DC, contact resistance of 0.5 mΩ maximum (DC 1 A), and it is rated for 30 mating cycles.
