GigaDevice’s GD25LX series supports Octal SPI double transfer rate (DTR) and command set with up to 200 MHz maximum frequency. Its highly efficient execute-in-place (XIP) operation allows high data throughput from the external Flash with an option to remove DRAM. The GD25LX can reduce instruction fetch time, power, cost, and board space.
