Image of EPC EPC91200 Motor Drive Inverter Board The EPC91200 from EPC is a 3-phase BLDC motor drive inverter board featuring the EPC2305 eGaN FET 3 mΩ maximum RDS(ON) 150 V maximum device voltage intended for 96 V batteries. The EPC91200 can deliver up to 60 Apk (40 ARMS) maximum output current. The board supports PWM switching frequencies up to 150 kHz in motor drive applications.
