Trion® T120 BGA576 Development Kit
Efinix's Trion T120 BGA576 development board users can quickly and easily prove their architecture and debug their system implementation
Efinix's Trion T120 BGA576 development kit has multiple high-speed MIPI connectors that help users prototype a camera subsystem with common camera modules. Users can also build their own module to connect easily to the Trion device’s multiple MIPI/CSI ports. The Trion T120F576 device used in this kit incorporates three fully enabled MIPI D-PHY/CSI-2 pre-engineered transmit/receive hard blocks, and a DDR3/LPDDR3/DDR2 controller hard block for optimized performance and I/O speeds. The Trion T120F576 is ideal for applications that need to interface with the latest MIPI CSI-2 v1.3 camera sensors and have enough programmable logic to handle image processing functions, merging/overlay, or analysis in a single device (manipulate, interpret, or analyze). With this board, users can quickly and easily prove their architecture and debug their system implementation. System-level I/O standards like Ethernet, HDMI, and Raspberry Pi provide a platform for system-on-a-chip implementation for cameras and any general-purpose soft processor, such as RISC-V implementations.
With the purchase of the Trion development kit, users receive a single-seat license for the Efinity software with one year of software maintenance, including updates and upgrades. The Efinity software provides a complete tool flow from RTL design to bitstream generation, including synthesis, place-and-route, timing analysis, and hardware debugger with logic analyzer. It has a graphical user interface (GUI) that provides a visual way to set up projects, run the tool flow, and view results. The software also has a command-line flow and TCL command console. The software-generated bitstream file is used to configure the Trion FPGA on the development board with a custom design.
Purchase of this Trion development kit also includes access to the Efinix support center, which contains links to documentation, software, code examples, knowledge base, and forum.
