Diodes’ AH356xQ grade 0 automotive compliant omnipolar Hall effect switches with high sensitivity are qualified to AECQ100 and support PPAP documentation. The AH356xQ has three sensitivity options with extremely tight switch points and best-in-class drift overtemperature and supply voltage. They have a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 28 V, operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C coupled with a 32 V reverse polarity protection enabling them to withstand the harsh automotive environment. Thanks to high ESD (8 kV) and multiple protection functions, including input/output clamps, AH356xQ provide robust and rugged solutions for automotive proximity detection. The AH356xQ are available in industry-standard SOT23 and SIP-3 packages.
