RedRock® RR123-1H02-612 Digital Magnetic Sensor Switch
Coto Technology digital magnetic sensor switches feature high sensitivity, low power consumption, and a unique latch control pin
Coto Technology RedRock® RR123-1H02-612 digital magnetic sensor switches are designed for small battery-powered applications, such as portable medical devices. Utilizing patented tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with seamless CMOS integration, this sensor offers an operational sensitivity of 7 G (0.7 mT) and responds to an omnipolar magnetic field. It operates within a voltage range of 1.0 V to 3.6 V, making it perfect for devices that utilize single-cell 1.5 V batteries.
The RR123-1H02-612 boasts the lowest average current drain of any active magnetic sensor at just 20 nA, functioning under 2 Hz and within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This sensor/switch can efficiently provide up to 20 mA of current to an application circuit. Additionally, it features a latch control pin (LCP), allowing the output to maintain a specific state regardless of any fluctuations in the magnetic field.
