Bourns' PTVS1-xxxC-H series high current power TVS diodes in a sleek DFN package (8 mm x 6 mm x 2.5 mm) provide effective ESD protection against high current surges in Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices, remote radio units (RRUs), baseband units (BBUs), and high power DC bus applications. The model PTVS1-xxxC-H PTVS diode family has eight available part numbers with a maximum working voltage between 22 V and 86 V. They meet IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection and 1 kA (8/20 μs) per IEC 61000-4-5 lightning protection.
