Blueshift’s AeroZero Tape VDA PI is a vapor-deposited aluminized polyimide film-faced version of AeroZero Tape that provides excellent IR heat reflection, thermal insulation protection, and EMI shielding. This product is used to protect sensitive components, electronic devices, and cables from excessive heat or cold while providing EMI shielding.
Blueshift’s AeroZero Tape is versatile, high performing, and combines the properties of aerogel and polyimide polymer into a thin, flexible, and easy-to-use adhesive tape. The key is in the unique and patented structured-air technology, AeroZero® polyimide aerogel layer, which provides superb thermal insulation and broad temperature stability within a weight- and space-saving design. This high-temperature and fire-retardant tape technology protects components in the most demanding applications, including electronic and medical devices, next-generation green aircraft, defense missiles in flight, and space equipment during launches and reentry.
AeroZero Tape can be split into various widths and cut to various lengths to support the design needs of the application.
