Bel Magnetic Solutions, a Bel group, offers MagJack integrated connector modules (ICMs) for networking and telecommunications applications, which includes a line of single-port 1GBase-T and 2.5GBase-T 100 W, 4-pair PoE MagJack ICMs. Customers can implement 100 W PoE, basically doubling the amount of power their product can handle over any existing application, while operating at Gigabit Ethernet speeds.
The 100 W PoE products can be used in either a power source (PSE) or a powered device (PD) equipment applications. The 100 W products are ideal for LED lighting applications at both the switch side and lighting ballast side. These ICMs are also compatible with all major 1GBase-T and 2.5GBase-T PHYs, including the latest current-mode and voltage-mode PHYs. These products are backward compatible to slower speeds and lower powers as needed.
