TL50 Andon Tower Lights

Banner Engineering’s TL50 Andon Tower lights are used to signal changes in status so users can quickly identify issues and respond to maintain peak productivity and reduce downtime. The TL50 Andon Tower light is locally operated to give operators complete control, and they are pre-assembled to ensure simple, quick installation.

Features

• Light segments use colored LEDs to clearly indicate status in all directions
• Eliminates false indication from ambient light using translucent gray segments to display no color when off
• Models are available with or without an audible alarm to alert workers in all directions to various conditions
• The pre-assembled tower light, stand-off pipe, and control box with 4-pin M12 connector are rugged, easy to install, and simple to operate, helping minimize downtime
• The control box features status LEDs to mimic the tower light above, allowing workers to see which status is showing without having to stop and look up at the tower light
• For added flexibility, a tap of the button turns the corresponding status LED and tower light segment on or off, and a touch with one second hold activates the flashing function
• The control box uses capacitive touch buttons which provide greater reliability and allow users to operate it with or without gloves
• For added customization, an empty white space next to each touch button and status LED allows users to label each one
• Models are available with three pre-assembled stand-off pipe length options: 300 mm, 600 mm, or 900 mm to provide varied indicator heights
• Models are available with three or four light segments to meet the indication requirements for many industrial applications
• Three color models use green, yellow, and red light segments
• Four color models use blue, green, yellow, and red light segments
