APEM's XS series joystick features low-profile, robust, proportional fingertip controllers

Image APEM's XS Series Fingertip JoystickAPEMs' XS series is a two-axis Hall effect joystick featuring a reduced panel height to provide precise fingertip control. Measuring less than 45 mm, the XS allows for unimpeded access to other devices located on the control panel. This compact, low-profile design reduces the risk of inadvertent operation and damage when mounted in handheld mobile devices that are prone to accidental drops. The XS series includes redundant Hall effect sensors for more than 10 million operations. It is IP66 above panel sealed and considered Sil2 compatible, making it the ideal solution for outdoor applications where safety is critical.
