ADUM1250/ADUM1251 Dual Digital Hotswap Isolators
Analog Devices digital isolators with iCoupler® technology for networking, power over Ethernet, and power supply applications
ADI’s ADUM1250 and ADUM1251 are dual digital hotswap isolators with unidirectional and bidirectional I2C communication. These isolators are based on ADI’s iCoupler technology that is an improvement in performance and power consumption over traditional optocouplers. The ADUM120 offers two bidirectional channels whereas the ADUM1251 offers one unidirectional channel and one bidirectional channel. These isolators are AEC-Q100 automotive qualified as well as UL, CSA, and VDE certified. The ADUM1250 and ADUM1251 come in an 8-pin SOIC package with temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C. These isolators are perfect for networking, power over Ethernet, and power supply applications.
