Analog Devices’ dual, rail-to-rail amplifiers for battery-power applications

Image of Analog Devices' ADA4666, 4MHz CMOS operational amplifier ADI's ADA4666 is a dual, rail-to-rail input/output CMOS operational amplifier. Voltage is supplied with either a dual ±1.5 V to 9 V or single 3 V to 18 V options with a 500 µA voltage offset. The gain bandwidth product is at 4 MHz. The amplifier comes in the small packages of 8-MSOP and 8-LFCSP (3 mm x 3 mm), which have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The ADA4666 is ideal for active filtering, current monitors, and portable medical equipment.
