Image of ams-OSRAM Power TOPLED®.01 LEDs The ams OSRAM Power TOPLED.01 is an established product family designed specifically for automotive lighting applications. These LEDs combine compact packaging, high luminous efficacy, and easy assembly, making them ideal for various use cases.

The Power TOPLED.01 LEDs feature InGaAIP chip technology and come packaged in a white PLCC-4 package. They are AEC-Q102 qualified, ensuring their reliability and performance in automotive environments.

These LEDs provide efficient illumination, making them suitable for rear light clusters, indicators, and display panels in vehicles and traffic control systems. They are available in red (625 nm), amber (617 nm), yellow, true green, blue, white, and warm white.
