Users will find that the AOZ13937DI is an ideal solution for 28 V Type-C sinking applications and the AOZ15333DI switch is optimized for Type-C sourcing applications. Designed with advanced features, these switches meet the demanding requirements for 28 V Type-C EPR implementations in high-performance laptops, personal computers, monitors, docking, and other applications. The powerful AOZ13937DI sink switch is designed to isolate and protect downstream components. Feature-rich, the AOZ13937DI provides ultra-low 20 mΩ typical ON resistance with soft-start, ideal diode true reverse-current blocking, overvoltage, reverse-current, short-circuit, overcurrent, overtemperature, and ESD protection. The AOZ15333DI companion source switch delivers the performance necessary for sourcing 5 V at 3 A while blocking up to 28 V. The AOZ15333DI is UL 2367 and IEC 62368-1:2018 (3rd edition) certified as a current limiting switch that adds safety peace-of-mind to Type-C sourcing applications.
