TPT72616 Bidirectional I²C Isolator

The TPT72616 from 3PEAK is a high-performance bidirectional I²C-compatible isolator designed for safe and noise-resistant communication across isolated domains. Rated for 3,750 V_RMS isolation per UL1577, the TPT72616 ensures system protection in high-voltage or noisy industrial environments. It supports up to 1 MHz data rates and provides robust electromagnetic immunity with typical static CMTI of ±200 kV/μs and dynamic CMTI of ±150 kV/μs. Open-drain outputs deliver 3.5 mA sink capability on side A and 35 mA on side B, ensuring reliable signal integrity across the isolation barrier.
