This hot melt film adhesive is a curable epoxy-based film that provides a structural bond of metal, glass, and other substrates.

The AF42 bonding film provides for excellent solvent, humidity resistance, is tack free, and possesses low flow characteristics.

  • +350°F (+177°C) cure
  • Storage at or below +40°F (+4°C)
  • Flexible for dissimilar substrates, high peel strength
  • Cures clear
  • No tack, low flow
  • 3-mil (0.08 mm) and 4-mil (0.1 mm) thick versions
