PAN1780-AT Series Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy Module | Datasheet Preview

Panasonic’s PAN1780-AT module with an ultra-low current consumption is an ideal choice for battery-powered devices. The PAN1780-AT Series RF Module is Panasonic’s Bluetooth 5 Low Energy (LE) RF Module based on the Nordic nRF52840 single-chip controller with integrated BlueRadios nBlue™ Bluetooth AT.s LE Command Set. The Bluetooth 5.0 features a higher symbol rate of 2 megabits per second using the high-speed LE 2M physical layer. A significantly longer range can be achieved using the LE coded physical layer at 125 or 500 kilobits per second. The channel selection algorithm (CSA#2) improves the performance in high interference environments. In addition, the ultra-low current consumption of the PAN1780-AT series supports Type 2 near field communication (NFC-A) in simplified pairing and payment solutions. The PAN1780-AT offers up to 46 GPIOs for ease of development.
