Microchip Explorer 16/32 Development Board | DigiKey Daily
Microchip’s Explorer 16/32 Development Board is intended as a development, demonstration, and testing platform for many families of Microchip 16-bit and 32-bit microcontroller devices. The board features a 100-pin plug-in module socket, a PICkit On Board programmer/debugger and micro-B USB connector, and RJ11 ICSP™ programming/debug interface that is compatible with MPLAB® ICD/REAL ICE™. In addition to the hardware features provided, hardware expansion is possible through the use of mikroBUS™ and PICtail™ Plus accessory boards. It also uses serial communication via on-board USB-serial bridge to transfer data to and from the PIM microcontroller or attached accessory boards and a USB host.
