Digilent has made it easier than ever to use the Xilinx Kintex 7 FPGA array with the Genesys 2 development board. The Kintex 7 FPGA features over fifty thousand logic slices, each with four six input LUTs and 8 flip flops as well as eight hundred and forty DSP slices. The Genesys 2 development board supports this by offering a wide range of connections, such as HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, JTAG, PMOD, Ethernet, and stereo audio out. It also has a built in 128 by 32 pixel OLED, micro SD card connector, and one gigabyte of DDR3 RAM. With the Genesys 2 board, developing and testing the high definition video and image processing has never been easier.
