Condition-based monitoring requires capturing full bandwidth data to make sure all harmonics, aliasing, and other mechanical relations — in both the time and frequency domain — are accounted for. The CN0549 provides a complete development platform designed to accelerate condition-based monitoring hardware, software, and algorithm development. This development platform is implemented using a combination of off-the-shelf boards and software. Other features include: the wide bandwidth MEMs accelerometer sensor data, whose output is in the popular IEPE format; easy mounting to machines such as pumps, fans, and motors, while maintaining sensor signal integrity; and, the DAQ solution provides high fidelity, such as IEPE analog input bandwidth from DC to 54 kilohertz.
