Machining

• Available for aluminum, plastics, fiberglass, or stainless steel
• 5-Axis CNC for milling, drilling, and tapping
• Standard positional tolerances up to ±.010” (Tighter tolerances possible after review)

Cutting

• Available for steel, aluminum, and plastic
• Can handle 6m lengths of material. Tolerances of ±.010” (.25mm)
• Table saw for plates and sheets

Surface Treatment - With Phoenix Mecano, You've Got it Made In Any Shade

Color

• Power coating for superior protection in the harshest outdoor environments
• Painting for something more conventional or aesthetically bold
• Federal Standard 595A colors, RAL colors, or other custom colors

Iriditing & Anodizing

• Iriditing offers atmospheric corrosion resistance as well as being an excellent primer coat for paint or other organic coatings
• Anodizing serves to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts
• We use a non-chromium based (Non Hexavalent Chromium), as per RoHS requirements

RFI/EMC Shield Coating

• Sprayed on plastic or fiberglass housings to protect against radio frequency interference or radiation
• We offer both copper and nickel based systems, as well as RFI gaskets on request

Screen Printing Features

• High-quality, semi-automatic screen printing

Assembly & Integration - Short on Lead Times. High On Quality

Let us handle your general assembly including:

• Cable glands, terminals, mounting plates, DIN rails, connectors, and any electrical / electronic components
• Threaded inserts or studs, hardware, and RFI/EMC conductive seals
• Membrane keypads and decorative foils
• Using standard system components, we can put together a complete system based on your specifications. When needed, we can also mount and test any additional components you provide, and even perform electrical tests on assembled components.
