Vishay's analog switches and multiplexers are designed on a high-density 18 V process
Vishay Siliconix's analog switches and multiplexers provide benchmark performance in a broad array of system applications, including multi-channel data acquisition, flow sensors, vehicle diagnostics, healthcare, and portable consumer electronics. Vishay has made many additions to its lines with products that extend the operation voltage range down to 1.6 V, bring ±15 V switch on-resistance to 1.5 Ω, lower the charge injection to the sub-picocoulomb range, and raise signal bandwidth up to 1 GHz.
