VOFD34xA Series IGBT and MOSFET Drivers

Vishay VOFD34xA series includes the VOFD341A and VOFD343A models, designed to provide reliable and efficient gate-driving solutions for IGBTs and MOSFETs. These optocouplers are equipped with an AlGaAs LED that is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, making them ideal for motor control inverters and other high-power applications.

The VOFD341A models (X019T, X018T, X009T, and X008T) offer a peak output current of 3 A, while the VOFD343A models (X019T, X018T, X009T, andX008T) provide a higher peak output current of 4 A. Both series feature a high isolation voltage of 5,000 V_RMS, ensuring safe and reliable operation in electrically noisy environments. With a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and fast switching times, these drivers are suitable for a variety of industrial and automotive applications.
