They are engineered for high performance and ruggedness, making them ideal for extreme high-speed hard switching over a wide temperature range. These diodes are particularly suited for demanding applications such as bootstrap and anti-parallel diodes in AC/DC and DC/DC converters.

  • High-voltage creepage distance: up to 3.7 mm, ensuring safe operation at high voltages

  • Low VF x Q C: resulting in low power dissipation, making the diode more efficient
  • High operating junction temperature: +175°C
  • Reliability qualified: tested for 2,000 hours of high-temperature reverse bias (HTRB) and 2,000 cycles of temperature cycling (TC), ensuring long-term reliability
