FRED Pt® Gen 7 Ultrafast Rectifiers
Vishay's rectifiers offer excellent junction capacitance at full voltage
Vishay's FRED Pt Generation 7 1,200 V diode is developed to be used in auxiliary functions and low-power stages of both AC/DC and DC/DC converters. This generation exhibits great trade-off features in terms of low reverse recovery charge (QRR) and control of forward voltage drops (VF) over the full temperature range (+175°C). Excellent low CJ parasitic capacitance is achieved without losses on device reliability (surge capability). The platform is currently released with a current rating of 1 A into an SMA (DO-214AC) package.
