TMDC 06/10 Series of Encapsulated DC/DC Converters

TRACO Power's TMDC 06 and TMDC 10 series of industrial, chassis-mount DC/DC converters come with integrated EMI filters eliminating the need for external components. These products are Class A qualified for EN 55032 (conducted and radiated) and EN 55035 (immunity) in ITE, multimedia, and IoT applications. 3,000 V_DC I/O isolation combined with the extended -40°C to +80°C full load, natural convection operating temperature and ultra-wide input ranges make these converters suitable for many harsh industrial applications which require increased EMC and I/O isolation capabilities or performance in extreme temperatures.

The 6 W TMDC 06 models measure only 2.09 in x 1.34 in x 1.04 in and the 10 W TMDC 10 models measure only 3.11 in x 1.34 in x 0.87 in. Each series offers 14 standard models with either 9 V_DC to 36 V_DC or 18 V_DC to 36 V_DC inputs and 5.1 V_DC, 12 V_DC, 15 V_DC, 24 V_DC, 48 V_DC, ±12 V_DC, ±15 V_DC, and ±24 V_DC regulated outputs. All models are safety certified to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 with CB Report and bear the CE Mark. Reliability in excess of 4 million hours (MIL-HDBK-217F at +25°C, ground benign) is supported by TRACO Power's 3-year warranty.
