TEL 10WI Series DC/DC Converters

TRACO Power’s TEL 10WI series of 10 W DC/DC converters come in a DIP-16 package that measures 0.94“ x 0.54” x 0.31”. The TEL 10WI series sets the standard for 10 W power density with 3.83 W/cm³. Approved to UL62368-1 and UL60950, the TEL 10WI series are economical solutions for space critical and cost-sensitive applications in instrumentation, IT, and industrial electronics.

The TEL 10WI series features a 4:1 input ranging from 9 V_IN to 36 V_IN or 18 V_IN to 75 V_IN and 14 single- and dual-output models of 3.3 V_DC, 5.1 V_DC, 12 V_DC, 15 V_DC, 24 V_DC, ±12 V_DC, and ±15 V_DC. Its high efficiency of 80% to 88% helps enable a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +88°C (derating >70°C). These high-density DC/DC converters are enclosed in a 6-sided shielded metal case with an insulated base plate, an internal filter to meet EN 55032 class A conducted emissions or class B with external components, and short circuit/overload protection circuits.
