Toshiba's TLX9910 offers an AEC-Q101-qualified isolated driver that features an open voltage of 13.5 V min, a short current of 8 µA min., and an isolation voltage of 3,750 VRMS min.
The TLX9910 is a photocoupler in a small SO6 package that consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photodiode array. The photodiodes are connected in series, making the TLX9910 suitable for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in automotive applications.
- Open voltage at +25°C: min 13.5 V, typ 17.5 V at IF 10 mA
