Toshiba photorelays can handle an on-state current of up to 50 mA with a maximum on-state resistance of 250 Ω

Both parts support a peak off-state voltage of at least 900 V and a maximum trigger LED current of 3 mA. They can handle an on-state current of up to 50 mA with a maximum on-state resistance of 250 Ω for short durations. The device offers robust isolation with a minimum isolation voltage of 5,000 VRMS, alongside an 8 mm clearance and creepage distance and an insulation thickness of 0.4 mm.

Both photorelays are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer strong isolation for 400 V battery applications, where they act as a secondary relay to check for welding issues on the higher-power mechanical relays.
