These products are suitable for applications such as motor control in consumer and industrial equipment. In addition, AEC-Q101 compliance makes the products suitable for automotive and other high-reliability applications.

The products feature low on-resistance using Toshiba's UMOS process. In addition, the TSOP6F package has expanded the mounting capability of the chip with its flat leads, reducing the thermal resistance of the chip. As a result, the products have a power dissipation of 1.5 W, helping to reduce device power consumption.

Toshiba's TSOP6F MOSFETs range from -40 V to 100 V in N-channel and P-channel options and offer RDS(ON) as low as 12 mΩ.
