Image of Toshiba's DCL54x (4-channel) High Speed Digital Isolators Toshiba's digital isolators (DI) feature low pulse distortion and high CMTI, which are required for isolation of high-speed signaling, and are applicable to a wide range of consumer and industrial applications. The product offers high CMTI at 100 kV/µs (min) and leverages a proprietary magnetic coupling method developed by Toshiba. The 4-channel digital isolators come with various input and output directions and configurations, are packaged in a 16-pin SOIC16-W package, and can withstand voltages of 5 kV_RMS (min). These parts are currently safety certified with UL 1577, cUL, VDE, and CQC certification approval.
