Toshiba offers a range of high-side switches, low-side switches, and MOSFET gate drivers. These components feature numerous protective and diagnostic functions, making them ideal for body control and powertrain control systems, including the rapidly growing ADAS sector. Utilizing advanced BiCD (bipolar CMOS-DMOS) processes, these devices achieve low on-resistance, contributing to reduced power consumption and the miniaturization of automotive ECUs.
