650 V TO-220 N-Channel DTMOS VI Series Power MOSFETs

Toshiba's DTMOS VI series of 650 V super junction structure N-channel power MOSFETs are designed for switching power supplies in industrial equipment used for data centers, and power conditioners for photovoltaic (PV) generators, among other uses.

The latest products in this generation are housed in an industry-standard TO-220 package which is a 10.167 mm x 13.9 mm x 2.74 mm size.

The DTMOS VI series has reduced the figure of merit (drain-source on-resistance x gate-drain charge) by approximately 40% when compared to the current generation Toshiba DTMOS IV-H series. This can offer improved efficiency of switching power supplies by approximately 0.36%.
